My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were super comfortable with better mattresses than even 5-star resorts, and everything was kept very clean. The rooms were impeccably clean and offered a more comfortable mattress than even 5-star resorts. However, there were a few hiccups like the paid airport shuttle and tours/ticket assistance. The dining, featuring home-made products, was delightful, but a tad overpriced.
